I was a winner on the St. Patrick’s Day Giveaway but haven’t received my prize. A few months ago when I won, the prize came in just a few days. Is it a glitch with either CA Postal system or customs or ???? Could be anything. Shipping across the border is definitely not a perfect science. Thanks. Jane Ficiur
