In celebration of this momentous milestone, we recently attended a fun crafting night with Lynn Muir @pocketfulofpaint and a few local mommas and mommas-to-be at The Baby Cubby in American Fork, Utah! We provided each of our guests with their very own The Story Begins Cut Above® layout kit to help each of them to start preserving memories of their little ones in a beautiful baby album.
These Cut Above® layout kits are an excellent solution for mothers of small children who feel that strong, sometimes pressing, desire to memory keep, but who have a hard time finding the time to do it (and do it right). I, too had so much fun putting this album together. It was a nice project to spend a few minutes on each evening and I didn’t need a lot of space or supplies. I wish I had used 3-D tape on the first few pages. I also wish there were more photos on each page, I too have so many. I also had to save some embellishments to add later on top of the photos. I like this and need to be sure to keep these safe for when I add the photos! Such beautiful colors. Love it.
It’s so easy to take tons of pictures of baby’s first year! If you haven’t already, try adding some pocket pages to include more of them in your album.
