Thank You, Fathers!

Father's Day

He let you “drive” the car into the garage while sitting on his lap. He tied and retied your fishing flies each time you reeled in moss. He kissed your forehead and called you “princess” before you left for prom. To all the fathers and father figures in our lives, thank you for attending our dance recitals, soccer games, track tournaments, spelling bees, and music performances. We recognize and appreciate your endless encouragement, both spoken and unspoken.

“A mother is she who can take the place of all others but whose place no one else can take.”
—Cardinal Mermillod

To mothers all over the world, we send our deep and heartfelt gratitude. Thank you, dear mothers, for raising the firefighters, ballerinas, and scientists of tomorrow. Today is your day to take a step back and recognize all the goodness that has come from your sacrifices. May you enjoy the view!
