We love October at Close To My Heart, not only because of the beautiful weather changes and the fun holidays it contains, but also because it is the month that we celebrate our Canadian friends and our shared vision.
It was in October of 2003 that excited new Close To My Heart Consultants began holding the first-ever Canadian Home Gatherings where the art of memory keeping was shared and taught.
To celebrate this momentous 15-year anniversary with all of our cardmaking and scrapbooking friends, we’ve designed not one, but TWO exclusive stamp sets and workshop kits!
As you can see, both stamp sets illustrate a few of our favorite Canadianisms, but are so versatile that you don’t have to be Canadian to like them!
The True North workshop kit comes with materials to make two 2-page scrapbook layouts, one stand-alone scrapbook page, and four cards. Follow the instructions to create the artwork exactly as seen here or use the included tips and techniques to change them up and make them all your own. (There is no wrong way to use these tools if they are preserving your memories!)
