The “most wonderful time of the year” deserves equally wonderful scrapbook pages, wouldn’t you agree? In the spirit of the season, we are sharing four scrapbook pages that show how Cricut® Artistry can make your Christmas memories absolutely magical!
First off, let’s have a look at this classy piece:Shapes from the Artistry cartridge add a festive feeling to this page, especially the layered deer head that literally pops right off the page with the help of some 3-D foam tape. The Cricut® Artistry collection also gets credit for those delicate two-toned holly leaves.
What other details do we love about this page? We love the calendar card from the Picture My Life™ Through the Year scrapbooking program. We also love the “joy” sentiment on the bottom-left corner of the page; it was made using white embossing powder, giving it the look of snow in stark contrast to a nighttime sky.
Speaking of snow . . .There’s no easier way to cut intricate snowflakes than with your Cricut® Artistry cartridge! With some watercolor paint splatters, mini snowflake stamps, and bitty sparkles, these flakes become something really special. It may seem counterintuitive to put white snowflakes on white cardstock, but you can see it definitely works! The snowflakes add a subtle background and texture to the cardstock, which has us dreaming of a white Christmas!
And since we scrapbookers are all about getting the most out of our papers, we’ve got a clever Cricut® trick for you to try out. After cutting out shapes with your Cricut®, use that sheet of cardstock as an overlay, like in this example:See how the snowflake-shaped spaces become stunning designs on this page? Let’s zoom in on that.Try out all sorts of different backgrounds behind your cutouts. We used white shimmer trim and silver foil tape, in addition to clustered embellishments, to add the wonder to this winter wonderland. When you have all your backgrounds in place, attach the cardstock with the cutouts with 3-D foam tape so it pops.
Feeling inspired? Well just wait until you see all the Cricut® magic on this page! You know, we heard Santa Claus was coming to town, so we really went to town with the Cricut® cuts on this page—Santa is made of four different layers of paper! And the trees and “Joy” tag are each made of three layers! What’s great about the Cricut® Artistry collection though is that it makes creating elaborate scenes like this simple and fun. You also get to decide which scenes to create and how to arrange the cuts on the page.
The Santa scene pairs perfectly with our White Pines paper, and some watercolors and embellishments really top this page off perfectly.
Ready to make your own Christmas masterpiece? Then pull out your Cricut® and put on your thinking cap—or Santa hat—for a day of holiday crafting! Make sure to use the hashtag #cricutartistry when sharing your creations online!

There are two types of people in this world: those who barely let Halloween pass them by before pulling out the Christmas decorations, and those who keep every sprig of holly tucked away until at least December 1. No matter which type of person you are, you can’t deny that Christmas is the busiest time of year. So get ahead of that Yuletide dash by preparing your holiday cards now!
Why? Well, if you get started now, you’ll have time to create beautiful and detailed artwork like this:
Isn’t this family postcard adorable? The gold embossing adds such a festive feel, especially when paired with the White Pines paper packet. White Pines also makes a cheery statement on the Christmas tag. Customized gift tags like this are a wonderful way to brighten up your Christmas wrapping! The gold sequins add such a thoughtful detail. Speaking of details…
…there’s that gorgeous gold again! That stylish shimmer really makes the sentiments shine, while also adding a unique texture to the card. For even more texture, try using an embossing folder to create an embossed pattern like you see on the Chocolate cardstock. These details add a touch of class and luxury to your cards, don’t they? Ah, the power of details.
But maybe you are looking for another solution for your Christmas cards, perhaps something you can duplicate quickly and easily. If that’s you, we recommend our Workshops on the Go® White Pines cardmaking kit! This kit comes with all the supplies you need to make 15 cards, plus a guide that gives you step-by-step instructions for how to cut, stamp, assemble, and accessorize the three different Christmas card designs.

The charming White Pines paper packet may have been inspired by the holidays, but there’s no need to confine it to your Christmas crafts—or even to winter! It can do so much more! For example, take a look at this beautiful autumn page using the Champagne B&T Duos™ paper featured in White Pines.
Don’t the warm tones really give this project the feeling of fall? We especially love the distressing on the edges of the wreath, which our artist accomplished with the help of a sponge dauber and our Cashmere Exclusive Inks™ stamp pad. Here’s how: After cutting the wreath out of Colonial White cardstock using our Cricut® Artistry collection, she laid it over some scratch paper. Then, she inked a sponge dauber in Cashmere ink. After blotting the sponge dauber on the scratch paper to get rid of some ink, she rubbed it in a circular motion over the edges of the wreath. This technique creates a rustic look that is perfect for fall!
The kraft and Chocolate cardstock really complement the tones of the White Pines background, and we love the pop of bright color added by the leaves. Eggplant, Ruby, Saffron, and Goldrush cardstock carry on that homey theme, as they invoke memories of sipping warm apple cider, huddling around the hearth, and jumping into piles of crisp, golden leaves!
It’s amazing what small artistic details can do to convey a message. Look at the stitching on the wreath: Thread always invokes images of quilts and blankets, and for a page about crisp, cool fall, what could be more perfect than that? To get this look, poke holes in your cardstock with our piercing tool. This makes it easy to space the holes out evenly and thread the paper without creating crinkles or tears.
